With all the pre-season excitement as fresh snow falls on the mountains, New Zealand Boot Camp Systems are encouraging mountain bunnies to sign up to their 6 Week Winter Sports Boot Camp, sponsored by Coronet Peak and The Remarkables.

Those who are planning on hitting the slopes hard this year may like to warm up their muscles in preparation ahead of the season. Get your lungs and legs ready to hit the slopes , targeting cardiovascular fitness, agility, balance, core strength, functional strength and coordination. The Winter Sports Boot Camps will have you hitting your turns, nailing your rails, shredding the powder and feeling and looking great in time for the snow.

Boot camp starts Monday April 27th 2009 with two indoor and one outdoor session a week until June 8th 2009. Sessions will run on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 6am until 7.15am. All participants receive an exercise and nutrition tracker, boot camp manual, nutrition CD, boot camp hoodie and all the support you need to get in shape and avoid injuries.
